Christmas is just around the corner! Throughout the month of August, we will be collecting donations for our Church Cherubs Gift Card Program. We invite you to partner with us by giving financially to help purchase gift cards for Faith families who could use a little extra support with holiday gifts and meals. Please prayerfully consider blessing families in need through your generosity. Donations can be made through the MyFC giving page, by text2give at (209) 691-9716, or by check. When giving, please designate your donation as “Church Cherubs.” Together, let’s share the joy of Christ’s love this Christmas season!

We’re back! Wednesday night dinner, WOW Kids, and Route 66, along with several new adult classes (below), will resume beginning August 5. Whether you’re looking for a refresher on Bible basics or hoping to grow in your understanding of Scripture and how it applies to everyday life, this 8-week journey is for you. We’ll be using the “How to Find God” NLT Bible. Free copies are available in the church lobby on Sundays or in the office during the week. No registration needed.

Whether you are currently leading a small group or considering starting one, this class is for you. We will explore different group types and structures, as well as the roles people play within a group—both assigned and unassigned. Together, we will discover practical strategies for fostering engagement, encouragement, and growth, and we will have the opportunity to practice what we learn along the way. No registration is needed.

This is a 4-week class designed to help participants offer compassionate support to individuals during life’s most difficult moments. Attendees will gain tools to walk alongside those who may be experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, loss, and uncertainty, and to foster hope and resilience while honoring each person’s unique journey with empathy and grace. No registration is needed.

Everyone is welcome! Come for this fun-filled skate night. Whether you’re a seasoned skater, just learning, or prefer to cheer from the sidelines, this night is for everyone. Join us as we begin preparing for one of our favorite community events of the year! The meeting is an opportunity for volunteers and leaders to come together to dream, organize, and coordinate all the details that make this event a success. Whether you have helped with Fall Festival in the past or would like to get involved for the first time, we would love to have you join the conversation. We’ll discuss event logistics, volunteer roles, games and activities, decorations, outreach opportunities, and ways we can create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for the families in our community. Together, let’s work to make this year’s Fall Festival a memorable event that helps families connect, have fun, and experience the love of Christ. No need to sign up—just show up!
